I plan on competing in the middleweight division. I'm just wondering, if my diet continues as is, I'll be 175. If your supposed to start carbing up three days out, that will put me over. If I wait until after the weigh in, will the carbs have time to properly fill me out before the show the next day. I don't want to compete at the bottom end of light heavy. Thanks
