carb up question

ok i have a question regarding a carb up....here is what i want to do...i want to look huge and vascular on a sat. night....when do i need consume all those carbs....the fri before and especially that fri night? or do i need to start on like a thurs? thanks
 
Start NOW! You will need to consume 7500 calories, all carbs, 6 times a day.

On Saturday,take 500mg Anavar first thing in the morning, 500mg after lunch.

Go to your local gas station right before your hot date...

Shove the air hose up your ass and inflate to 80 PSI. Then cork your hole.

NO !!! I was just messin'. I don't how you can pull it off on such short notice. Only thing I can think of would be to load up on some high power NO2 and lift real hard. Get all pumped. You should keep the pump for a few hours anyway. Good luck pardner.

even if i havent been takin no2? how much of it would u suggest?

Depends on your current condition and diet..

Are you carb depleting? if so till when?

your flatness determines how far out you need to start your carb up

i just want to be jacked and pumped for tomorrow night im goin to a halloween party and im gonna be hulk hogan lol im gonna lift bis and tris tomorrow so far today im eating my ass off every 2 hours alot of carbs....how should i eat 2mrw>

sneek off into the bathroom or something. Do some push ups ,flex your bi's
do some quick calve raises.
If you sqeeze and flex them you can get a decent pump for 15 -20 minutes.
Then sneek off to do it again.
all the wrestlers do it before going onstage.
the have a "pump" set up that they travel with.
I help set up for a ECW show 10 years ago and the wrestlers did a quick pump work out before going out to perform.

Do eat your ass of to much if so your gonna be soft and holding water under your skin for tommarrow night.
If your going for the 80's hulkster that ok he was pretty soft if your going for a look that hogan has today I say your best bet is to run in a solar suit and take some dandilion root in the morning to help you pull out some of the water.

I really think your should have depeleted for the last 2-3 days then ate 2 baked potatoes covered with honey about 30 minutes before you go out and do the pump up excersizes .you would be surprised how you muscles will just suck up the glycogen
