i finally did a carb up day today after feeling pretty flat in the gym this morning in the hopes of improving future performance... i've been following crum's diet for about a month now and have lost nearly 20 lbs... and i've had plenty of energy this whole time up until today... my question: is it common to feel tired on a carb up day, especially if this is my first one in a month? i haven't carbed up really hard, just a little extra dextrose in the form of sweet tarts and a shake with a little whey and some dextrose powder... oh, and a couple of slices of dried mango... but i was so tired this afternoon i had to take a nap (which is pretty rare for me) anyone else go through anything like this??
