Carb up day... Do I need to workout?

Due to my working schedule, on day 7 (sunday), I'm suppose to do cardio/workout... then carb up. I can't do either. I'm able to hit the gym in the afternoon, but I think that defeats the whole purpose of the carb-up day?

Is this manditory? or can I just carb up for the day?
Is there anyway for next week that I can do my full body circuit training fri/sat, then carb-up sunday?

It defeats the purpose of having a circuit training day if you don't carb up on sat as you should. If you do full body circuit, you need to carb up. You don't workout on a carb up day, but you need to follow the recommendations I give in the manual. You can drop the cardio before the carb up, I never said that's a feasible idea in this case.

Ok, I'm getting everything messed up.

I have your artice infront of me and it states.

1- 30 min cardio morning(empty stomach)/workout: Chest, Upper-Back, shoulders, arms, traps, abs

2- 30 min cardio morning/ workout: Legs, (includes, calfs, hams,quads), lower-back

3- 45 min cardio morning OR 1 hour cardio during the day

4- SAME AS DAY 3

5- 30-45 min cardio AM no workout

6- 30 min cardio AM/ full body workout = circuit training 3-5 times (very light 20-25reps)

7- before carb-up…early in AM do a full body circuit workout 3-5 times (very light 20-25reps), then IMMEDIATELY begin CARB-UP.

It does not say on Day 6 to carb up at all?
Or do you mean, in my case, I should carb up?

I'm perplexed

Then you state "You don't workout on a carb up day"??

Sorry if I'm making this difficult, I just don't understand.

yup you have the right idea, but the sunday circuit training is what is going to do the most good....
you should carb up on sunday after the AM circuit...no cardio sunday

circuit training and workingout is different
