Carb Question?

On the days i don't run should i lower my carbs that day some? Or just stay the same as on the days i do run?
 
Do you weight train on these days? If not, then yes I'd lower carbs on day you just do cardio. But really it depends on how many carbs are you taking in though to see if you need to lower them.
 
on cardio days i have 50g carbs or under. if im having a complete rest day i will have no carbs (only green veg). training days 100g carbs...all in the morning though, none after 3rd or 4th meal (2pm latest).

Seriously, sounds ok to me except I don't know what the hell you're aiming for. Take a risk, man, and carb-load the night before on pasta and then on low glycemic carbs before the run and just see how you feel. You might get a unsuspected boost that would put all this theorizing to rest.
