Is there a specific brand you take or could recommend?Mr.X said:Take 1tbsp. of MCT oil before your workout and you'll see a world of change in energy levels as time goes on. Adding an energy drink can also be beneficial. There is no need for Pre-workout carbs if you're taking them post-workout.
