What's up guys? I'm looking for advice on my diet as I try to cut some bodyfat over the next few weeks. My main concern is carbohydrate intake. What is a good level to have it at? I've had somebody say to keep it under 100 grams a day, but what is your suggestion. I'm currently 5'8" 208 lbs, 15% bf. Looking to cut down as frequently as possible naturally. I have good genetics for getting in shape so I've never bothered depleting or loading carbohydrates. Please advise me guys? Love you bros.
