Carb intake while cutting bodyfat.

What's up guys? I'm looking for advice on my diet as I try to cut some bodyfat over the next few weeks. My main concern is carbohydrate intake. What is a good level to have it at? I've had somebody say to keep it under 100 grams a day, but what is your suggestion. I'm currently 5'8" 208 lbs, 15% bf. Looking to cut down as frequently as possible naturally. I have good genetics for getting in shape so I've never bothered depleting or loading carbohydrates. Please advise me guys? Love you bros.:fro: :fro:
 
I have had success keeping a 50p 25f 25c ratio... I think the important thing whenever trying to lose weight is eating all clean foods, when it comes to carbs - NO BREAD, NO WHITE POTATOES etc... Get your carbs from OATMEAL and sweet potatoes.... The only simple carbs should be after your workout...

if you respond well to dieting, take your bodyweight and multiply it by about 11... That could be your target caloric intake for the day... Eat clean within your target caloric intake and you will lose weight... You can lower the number that you multiply your BW by to speed up the fat loss, just make sure your not burning muscle...
