Carb/fat/protein Limits

Now i know that maybe at the most one can have around 50g of protein at one sitting. I say maybe because i really can't be sure. So if there is a limit as to how many grams of protein we can take in do the same rules apply for carbs or fats?

I figure there must be some sort of upper limit.
 
There is no set answer to your question. Everybody has a different limit to what their body can take in. A lot of things come into factor like body weight, LBM, body size, etc.
 
I see what your saying but is there any general rule...

i weigh 252, about 16% bf

Maybe just give me a ballpark figure.

NO it depends on many factor (your weigth, heigth, metabolism, activity,.....)
 
Usually you want a lot more protien than fats and carbs. I'm a girl so it will be a lot different for you. But this is mine:


Protien:60%
Carbs:30%
Fat:10%
