A cardio day - I mean that to be a day w/ only cardio or a light lifting day. I consider a "heavy" lifting day to be legs or back AND cardio. Cardio is a walk in the park relative to the lifting + cardio. I need the extra carbs for my heavy lifting days.

I think using carb cycling is a big challenge to me now, but I will consider to use it during my platform.

Uh, yeah... wow. I realized last night how true that is. I've been okay energy-wise, but strength?! You need the extra carbs for heavy lifting days.
