I'm not on gear and haven't used yet, so this may not pertain to you. When trying to drop bf, I will usually intake .5 grams per pound of bodyeight for 3-5 days depending on how I feel. Then, I will have a carb up day consisting of 1.5 grams of carbs. This works very well for me. It keeps me sane. I don't know how people go on 30 gram carb diets. I just can't do it.
