I've had three BP tests now to determine whether or not carao affects BP. All tests put me at HIGH NORMAL... which is where I've always tested out. So it looks like the carao does not raise BP.

My first bottle tasted like gooey candy. It had half sugar cane syrup in it... way too sweet for me... so I practically begged the guy to make pure extract. He was worried about doing it saying people might not like the taste. I tried it. I think it actually tastes kind of good. It's a wierd flavor, though. I can't liken it to anything... good, but slightly chemically... and the consitancy will flip you out. It is the thickest stuff I've ever seen. It pours like pitch black honey.
I've got one full bottle of the sugar can version left and I'm not going to use it... so I'm giving it to a kid at my gym. He's agreed to be a full guinea pig... test it and monitor his lift results.

Does a nutrient breakdown exist for this stuff anywhere? Id like to know how much iron it has in it.

It doesn't seem to increase hemoglobin by having iron in it. Iron wasn't even mentioned in the study I read about it.
Fonz speaks Spanish and he has offered to help with the research. If there is a nutrient break down I'm pretty sure he'll find it an dpost it.

Are we able to get the pure version too or just the sugared version
