Carao - How? When? etc

So, if I have some Carao and want to give this stuff a shot,

How much do I take?

How often do I take it?

How do I take it? (with food, empty stomach, mixed with something, etc).

I got 2 bottles sitting here and I want to give this a try.

I've stopped taking it. When I was trying it I was taking about a tablespoon once a day.

yep, he sure did, he maid it sound like the best thing since peanut butter, so I went and dropped $100 on 3 bottles and guess what? it did'nt pan out for me either
