Yeah, mileage is an important consideration.

Many "certified" vehicles are former lease vehicles not necessarily cared for like an auto someone plans to keep.

Don't do anything without a CARFAX.

That car was like 42 new I think. Almost 2009 and I don't think it's worth that much. Offer him him $25,000 and start walking out the door. Cars aren't selling.

Run it through edmunds what exactly the car is and then take a grand off or so and offer them that price.
