ive been reading up and people seem to be saying cap it uself how do you make capsules yourself? is there some type of kit

Sure.But a good precison tool is very expensive.
I use an electronic libra(???...that thing to check the wheight).I f I want to do 400mg caps I wheigh 40grs and do 100 caps.It's not so precise but it's a cheap way to go.I have to do tah because my "Libra"just start from 1gr of wheight.
