Capsule Size?

Anyone know the MG translation of size "0" and "00". Looking to cap some winny powder, preferably 50mg per cap.

It depends on the consistency and weight of the powder/granules you are capping. A '00' might fit 500 mg of one substance, 750 mg of another.

With an '0' or '00' you will have to cut the winny into something (cornstarch, inositiol, etc.)

I'd probably just find a way to suspend it in liquid.

It might be as simple as dissolving it into a specific amount of Everclear and then dosing the liquid.

(i.e. 100 mg winny into 2 ml of EC = 50 mg/ml, so take 1 ml)

This is done with other things, but I don't know if it's done with winny -- I'd hold out for an answer from somebody that's done it, you might be able to find it through a search too (I'm sure it's been discussed before)...
