Cap-m-quik

Thinking of purchasing one of these. Currently using 1/2tsp of green tea extract from BAC 3 x day, and the shit has the most rancid taste that you could imagine.

How good is the CAP-M-QUIK? Will the 00 caps hold a 1/2tsp of powder, or should I use the 000's?

i purchased a cap m quick about a month ago. Ive been extremely dissatisfied thusfar mixin up vitamins. the one they sell on researchkits.com looks a whole lot better, but ive never tried it.

If I had it to do again, I'd probably buy the '000' ...

The '00' is fine, with the tamper I think I'm getting about 500 mg or so of the BAC green tea extract into the caps (don't remember off the top of my head).

How do you knw exactly how many mg's of powder your putting in the caps?

Say I wanted to dose each cap with exactly 1/4tsp of GT extract, could that be done?

After having messed around with the system for awhile, I have found the most convenient way to do this is to just cap the whole bottle at one time, subtract a gram for spillage, and divide the remaining powder grams by the number of finished caps to come up with a fairly close concentration for each cap.

Buy the tamper too!

After a batch or two (practice), you will know to tamp more or less to get close to the desired amount in each capsule.
You could probably find a way to get EXACTLY what you wanted into a cap (when i was first using it, I would cap a few test caps from a teaspoon to figure out how much I needed to tamp, etc.), but this system is not really convenient in that way -- I'd just cap the lot, figure out the concentration per cap and take the appropriate number of caps to equal what you are shooting for.
