Can't sleep -

For the past few months I have been running on fumes (not being able to sleep more than 2 hours/night........and tonight's looking just as bad.

No, I've been off almost all of 2008, (maybe that's the problem) lol

Go to the doc and get a real good sedative that will put you out a few days worth anyway.Sometimes we just need a jumpstart to kick the body back into it's normal state

im the same way as you bro dont worry, when im done partying i take sleeping pill, nyquil, whatever

Do a line before going to bed, that will help.

HP, gosh that sucks. 2 hours? fudge, i wouldnt be able to function. lots of things can contribute to the inability to get restful sleep. is there something youre stressed or preoccupied about?

melatonin is good if not used ED from my experience. Cutting out all stims, especially any past 5pm is always a smart move of course.
Forcing yourself to get up at early as possible has helped me as well. Xanax/other meds could help some as well.

i take 10mg melatonin and if im really tired prior to it helps, but usually that alone doesnt do it for me

Nothing OTC works for me....
It'll make me tired, but only puts me out for about 2 hours...
