With respect to Exctasy, I cant remember if that effects Dopamine or Seratonin, but yeah ... that could be an issue as well.

ecstasy acts on serotonin, making it empty out and flood receptors. Also blocks it from re-uptaking. Probably also why so many people can't cum or can't even get it up on E.
