i acually get the worst abb cramps when i turn all the way like that it sucks.... it hurts my eyes tear up and i end up bending the needle!!

my last gf use to get excited on inject days but my new gf hates even seeing the needles..so i can barely ever inject in glute probably the reason i have scar tissue all over both my delts

I stand up and make a mark where I wanna inject and hang my fat ass off a chair and do it sitting down. Works a lot better for me anyways.

I just have a problem getting the other hand back there to steady the syringe while I register the needle. Over the course of more than a 100 intections, I have yet to see blood appear in the syringe, though. I'm going to the glutes more often now. I used to do thighs only, but the ass hurts a lot less in the days afterward.

stand the pin on the plunger on a bench/chair and then sit on it. the weight of your body will push it in and then push the plunger down... im certain it would work be sure to tell us how it goes

I have a bit of trouble too. What I do is go to my knees and reach over with my oppisite hand and pull my self around with my hip. I then hold the needle like a dart between my thumb and my index finger. I push it in fast and then I walk my hand to the end of the plunger. I hold the needle with my index and middle finger while pushing the plunger in with my palm of my hand. I also look in the mirror and keep my head as straight as possible. If I keep looking back I tend to cut my airway off with my chest muscles. I also use a 1 1/2 inch needle and I feel that the needle is a lot more secure while inserted than a 1 inch. As a 1 inch tends to want to move around a lot if you don't keep a close eye on it.

Holy shit. You guys must be huge. I can reach no problem. If you can put a belt on or put something in your back pocket it shouldn't be an issue unless you need to see everything you are doing. I just turn to look when I aspirate. I am only 6'3" and 240 (8.6%) though. I know there are a lot of guys who are a lot bigger so I have not crossed that bridge yet. My buddy is 6'2" at 275 around 11% and he has no issues either. Maybe shorter guys who are big have the problem? I also flip my hand around so my thumb in on the plunger...
Either way... I would rather have some hot women take care of it for me!
