No you can't........they ask you if you are on any anabolics before you give blood........so don't do it cause they can also trace the blood back to you. I have given blood on the off cycle though......but i was at least 3 months off

It probably wouldn't be blood that a female could use, pregnant women in particular. (a developing fetus is hypersensitive to androgen levels and dictate the sexual organ development of the child)
