This board is here for educational purposes so there are no stupid questions.

Obviously you know every thing there is to know AS and fitness in general so there's nothing here you need to learn, and you obviously don't like to answer questions constructively to help those who are in need of answers which is the purpose of the board in the first place.

It seems as lately there are an increasing amount of new people who joint the EF boards who show there asses from day one and seem to have all the answers to the universe but yet wish to flame people because they asked a question which is not suitable to there minimal standards of so called knowledge.

You should heed your own advice.

I have not had much conversation with Frackal yet, but I do have respect for the fact that he is here willing to learn. Were all here to learn no matter how much we think we know.
