Can't get into EF Mail...

Ok, when I get to the "loading" page, it won't skip ahead to the "password" page. It doesn't even ask me to install the stuff from Hush. I've tried clearing out my temporary files and offline content.

I think it might have something to do with something I recently did to my computer. It was being really slow, so I restored my system to a date about a month ago, and everything seems to be running fine now...only problem is I can't get into my EF account.

Any help?

I had similar but download sun java and it cured it. i am sure the IT gurus can tell you exactly what to download

did you fix your problem bulldog? Ive tried to register for elitefitness mail and it wont work?? I was able to create an email at the hushmail site, so im not sure what the problem may be lol!!!

I fixed it! Well, I didn't really do anything, it just sort of fixed itself I guess. But good news either way.

Glad you got in bulldog..just tried to sign up and nothing..doesnt want to go to the authentication page..Tried on netscape and I. explore oh well ill try to get a hold of someone in i.t...
