Cant gain size naturally!!

I just cant seem to gain size naturally!! I know everyone is different but i wanna know what is wrong with me, i try to eat alot and watch what im eating all the time, i take my protein shakes but i think my problem is my fast metabolism, i am the kinda guy that eats a meal than hits up the bath room soon after, any recomendations for a guy like me????
 
Food is going to be crucial.Particularly NUTRIENT DENSE foods and even supplements.You should try taking in no less than 2 grams per lb of bodyweight daily in protein,in the form of lean meats,chicken,fish,eggs,whole milk,and whey and casein protein powders.Add in some creatine to the mix for cellular volumization,a good EFA mix(omega 3's and 6,s,Flax seed oil).Make sure your overall daily caloric intake heavily outweighs your basal metabolic expendature.
 
You may think you are eating alot but if you are not growing than you aren't. You need to take in more calories than you burn. That is the only way to gain weight.
 
just keep trying...ben and jerry's works really well for me. Building muscle and gaining weight is a slow process.
The key is learning about your body and not being afraid of putting on a little fat!
 
Set up a dies that has you eating ever2 hours. You can use protein/shakes weighty gainers but you MUST have some real food in there. It will be hard to start with, but your body will get used to it.

Also dont wait till you feel like you WANT to eat. MAKE yourself eat!

You will gain!
