Can't find a dedicated traing partner

:bawling: Who here works out alone? I do and at times I feel my work-outs suffer. ( By the way I lift at 2am because I have no one in my way people are not using the stuff I want or talking and changing the radio stations:mad: ) But what I was getting at is I use the smith machine for squats and bench press for safety reason so I can go allot heavier and push myself. I want to know how many of you are in the same situation and what you do as far as lifts to continue growing. I know you can use DBs but even they get hard to position as you go for the serios poundages.

I work out alone, cause I cant find a partner that has the same schedule or goals. I like working out by myself, the only problem is occasionally needing a spot. Since I work out by myself I usually don't go to heavy, but I can still manage to get a good workout.

Its tough for me too cause my training partner is either hurt or has work and he's married too. I hate training alone, can't get those extra reps that really count. Its great when he's there with me cause he's trong due to being a powerlifter and its great cause I go a little heavier and he always forces me to get a few extra reps. I hope his back gets better soon, I miss him:( :bawling:
