i love puttin 1cc in each bi (no pain and get huge pumps), also 1cc in each delt is good too. Bi's are my favorite though.

I could never hit the glutes.. i cant look behind to aspirate.. i just hit the quads. go to spotinjections.com to see the right place to hit the quads. use a 25 ga 1" pin and virutally no pain even with fina or sust.

Ok im takeing 500 mg of sus on my third week next week im going to start with 300 mg of deca a week and continue with the sus i was thinking of maybe winstrol at the end too considering this will be my last cycle for a few months alleast till the end of the summer and oh ya that tap water incident was my brother he uses my computer and so do his boys and they use my user name to ask advice on the sight I'm going to make sure he does not use this shit anymore he makes me look like an ass
