Im finally getting my numbers up there and consistantly adding weight each week better then when I was juicing
already this week I have set a few and here they are
this week last week
bench 155 x5,5,175x4 155x3reps 2 sets 160x1
185x 1 just barely got it out,
I stopped and some kid ran over
thinking I needed a spot and I got
so damned scared he would ruin my
rep I pressed that bitch like a champ
squats
185 3 sets of 4,3,3 185 3 sets of 3,2,1
I am gunning for working with 195 like I was using the 185 last week 3x 3,2,1
deadlift two weeks ago I was working with 205 and maxed 225
this week I want to hit 4 sets of 3 with 205 and maybe try a max at 235 with chalk
I can explain why I am getting so strong either,I mean I am eating but in all honesty getting 2600-2800 cals a day adding a bit of weight but not alot,but my strength is the best its been
anybody else adding like this?
also I know my numbers suck for my weight/bf ratio but thats life
