Cancun? Puerta Verata?

I am planning on taking a vacation trip to Mexico and want to pick up some goodies while in town. Cancun or Puerta Verata are my 2 choices. Which one is best for getting QV? (I hope I don't get into trouble for asking).

I just got back from cancun bro...I wouldn't even think about it, U.S. Customs was tight coming back to the states.
