canceling membership

It seems i posted this once and someone earsed it so.....
How do i cancel membership? I have email the support addrress and get some kind of ticket, (post) with my question. Out of 10 or so email it was responded to twice and they asked for my user name. I told them and nothing came about from it. I have called the phone # from my bill and always get a recording so i leave messages. I have left atleast 10, noone ever called back. I keep reposting questions the support address and no one respond now. So how do i go about canceling my membership. I think that they are ignoring me so i still have to pay. From the time they first responded to my email it has been two months sothat is $22 more buck they have from me. The only thing i can think of now is to cancel my credit card. I will post this one more time to see if the addministration will earse this, which would indicate that they just want my money. If anyone has any idea what to do please let me know cause the people who run this board are ignoring my requests.

That's hilarious. I knew they would delete your post. Cancel your card or continue to get screwed. I would also dispute the charges and have your credit card company go after them.

Call your credit card company and contest the charge. Tell them you have attempted to cancel your membership and they are ignoring you.

You will get the $$ back and I am sure Geo and crew will wake up and take notice when they get a charge back notification.

Well I can see you are not a plat member anymore. I would ask you when the last time you sent an email to George or EF Chris?? You say that you sent 10 emails and never got help?

There is a new email system in place that give you a ticket to track progress. I would send George an email, and also email or PM EF Chris for help. When you email them please make sure to give them all your information and the user name that was used.

I will copy this to the mod board so that they can see it there. I will also make sure it gets bumped for you.

well i sent email strating around Sept/Oct. With no responce i find eamiled again and then got a (Ticket) that started around Dec. since then i have received one responce asking about my user name. I gave it and never heard anything back. I have left numerous messages on the (ticket) and never saw anything again. Surprizing you say i'm not a plat. member cause i thought the charge i was receiving was to be a plat. memeber and since i never could get the plat. member services to work on the board that is why i want to cancel. I was never satisfied witht the service i was paying for cause i would never get into the extra services on teh board i was paying for. Before the ticket was created i left atleast 3 messages on teh phone # posted to my credit card statement and left info about emails and my phone # and how many time i had called in the past and why i was unhappy with the service. I still send emails to any address i have received from the support people. Chris and others. Nothing was sent back with any reply that they have received my message and were doing something about it. I really didn't get upset until three onths later i'm still getting billed. There i know nothing was beeing done. That is why i think the company is out to rob people and with some of the responce i have heard frompeople this isn't the first time they are continuing to take money from peope without there consent. I have talked to my credit card peolpe and there are now taking care of it. so...... lets see what happens.
