Canada to Upstate NY customs question

I live in upstate NY and I was wondering if anyone knows if packages sent from Canada would go through customs at the boarder or Buffalo instead of going to JFK. And also I wanted to know if anyone living in NY or east coast have recently been getting their packages through or have there been alot of seizures from Cananda. Thanks bros

very few have gotten them thru, and i believe it comes thru buffalo from canada, i have family in the upstate area.
