Yes you can. Just don't drown him, do it quick and get him dry fast so he doesn't get sick. The smaller the animal, the more sensitive to illness they are. Try a dry shampoo or one that you put on an animal and just towel dry off.

yea.. two pretend sick kids and one hell of a migraine... ah aren't i lucky.
bout to say fuck it, head to the grocery store and get my food for next week... spend the day preparing my meals and the guy im training meals for the next few days.

Little bastards can die from a cold so be carefull to dry him off asap ...
My daughter lost 2 of them from colds ... you can tell because you can hear them labouring to breath from a block away ...
We use to raise chinchillas years ago on the farm ... each cage had a small coffee can inside filled 1/4 full with volcanic dust .. the little bastards would jump in the can and spin around in the bottom about 100 miles an hour then pop out the top again .. thats how they kept there fur clean .. cool eh ??
We had like 900 of the little shits ... once my sister ( by accident " opened a rail of cages and let almost 100 or them loose .. what a blast trying to catch them when your olny 9 years old and don't want dad to find out
... we still laugh about it to this day ... the barn cats did'nt help our cause very much !!!
