Hello. First of all before I say anything, I must say that I admire the great knowledge that you have in the dieting game. I have read many many artcles by many bros and your articles always seem to be the most well thought out and informative ones. I come to you because I need some help with my dieting. Now I have used the search engine and have looked around all of the diet board and have noted a couple of things but I guess ultimately I would be very grateful if you could help me devise a diet and training regimen that I could follow for pure fat loss. I want to shred up as much as possible even if i loose some size in the process...im really urged to drop some fat but I dont have the knowledge to do so properly. I am 6 feet tall and weigh 240 pounds. I am guessing that im around 22 or 23 %bodyfat. I train with weight 4 times a week with some cardio. I have done multiple dnp cycles in the past but the last 3 of them yielded no fat loss at all ( dont know why..i kept my cals at 10X bodyweight) and I actually accumulated these last 30 pounds after these cycles. Im guessing I slowed my metabolism down a great deal after these cycles and messed myself up . I had my thyroid levels checked though and I came out normal. I would really appreciate it if ytou could help me out by letting me know of a meal plan of what I should eat throughout the day, what portions and at what times. Also, if you could let me know if how im training (weights 4 times a week, with cardio sessions of 20 mins) is the right way. Once again , I would really appreciate if you could help me out. thanks again

Hi Michael Corleone 21,

I see that you have faultered where most DNP users have too, T3 use along w/ DNP. Here I have done the bad thing too by not using T3. However, lets get back to your diet.

I would recommend doing daily cardio at 30-45 min on empty stomach in the morning(AM) upon awaking. Low-intensity.
Train 5 times a week: 3 days of heavy training (6-10 reps), 2 days of light training-no more then 30min- (15-25 reps). Take NYC or ECA (combo if need be).

Diet:
I would start a Ketonic diet, where you do 6 days on/1 day off...meaning, 6 d Ketosis/ 1 day carb-up
Ratios should follow my manual.
