Can you overtrain while you're on gear?

Is doing cardio for two hrs four times per week going to fuck up my cutting cycle?? Is there the possibility of over trianing while on Gear?? What will happen if I do and what will happen if I don't hit the right Caloric intake every day. Remember I want to get ripped up.....I'm also taking clen all throughout my cycle.
 
ofcourse you can over-train while on......if your talking about doing cardio and calling that overtraining then my answer is no.
 
especially the first 1-3 weeks before the gear "kicks in"

I found this out the hard way... :(
 
gear does help, but you still have to keep a moderate rythm. I found myself in catabolic state at the beginning of my cycle. If you have doubts, take your pulse on a fresh day as soon as you wake up, use that as baseline. If you want to know if you are in a catabolic state, take your pulse as soon as you wake up, compare it to your baseline, if it is higher, take your day off. hope this helps.
 
how does pulse determine catabolic state??? never heard anything like that before...what if you wake up nervous or had a bad dream or are stressed does this mean your highr pulse is still an indication of muscle loss? This sounds like a load of crap
