Im on a light cycle (my 2nd) of 250mg test c week and 350 tren ace week .
I train like 5-6 times a week and every time i need 90+ min to feel fatigue . Today i did arms and i trained for 2h and 30min ( and i could train a bit more ). Am i overtraining? I dont even have doms the next day ( just chest i get doms every time).

beating your body in everyday is not going to work as you get older. you can get away with it when you are younger but once you get into your 30's and especially 40's you have to start training SMART

there is a reason pro athletes start tailing off in their 30's and are replaced by fresh 22 year olds.

i'm also a believer in getting ample sleep and making sure you are getting all your minerals/vitamins you need. DHA from fatty fish is important too. omega 3's.. etc etc. if you are deficient in a vitamin or mineral than you will have issues staying in top form

You can very easily over train when on cycle. Your recovery ability is better on cycle vs off cycle but you are also stronger and your workouts are more intense and harder to recover from so as a general rule, the same recovery principles apply on and off cycle.

Recovery is very individual and depends on your age, genetics, diet, lifestyle etc but most people will thrive on a workout program where they train 5-6 days per week where each workout is 60-90 minutes (not including warm ups). Any more then that and it's very easy to over train.

It's all about stimulating the muscle, not annihilating it. Get in, hit it hard and get out. You don't grow when you are in the gym. You grow when you are resting and recovering.

I take all vitamins and minerals and good fats from peanuts every night and eat fish 3 times a week .
I sleep9 hours at night but probably im training too much infact today 1-2 hours after the arms workout i had some pain in the elbows
