Can you help me make a routine for a friend?

Hes into powerlifting, but hes just starting out. Hes not really into looks but more strength/mass.
So ofcourse I will incorporate these exercises to the routine:
bench,deadlift,squat, cleans, pushpress, curls, rows.

Any suggestions on how the "powerlifting" excersises can be arranged into sets, reps for twice- a- week for each muscle work?
sry if i suck at this, cuz i am more into bodybuilding and know jack shit about powerlifting. or how about preset routines such as dc? any ideas/ recommendations.
