Please Scroll Down to See Forums Below Ok now I dont wanna any muscletech bashers. But I am planning on taking Nortesten the recommended amount I believe its two capsules twice a day. Also I am planning on taking the ergo pharm spray. I figure I will do like eight sprays once a day in between the nortesten. Do you think this will make work. I have tried nortesten by itself and it def gives me an edge. Will adding the ergo make my results even better. Side effects if any that I will get by adding the ergo. I do not get any sides from the nortesten by itself. Please help!

Okay, you asked no MuscleTech bashing, but this is just a horrible product. 36 mg of the diol and 36 mg of the dione in 2 capsules?! That's pathetic. If you're gonna go with a 19-nor take at least 250mg 3 times a day (like AST's).
Sorry, I had to get that out of the way. If you really are going to take the Nortesten, yes the Ergo Spray will help. I had a friend that used it and got a little case of the puffy nipples from it. He used Androsol before and didn't get that problem.
If you are going to go with prohormones though, why not go with 1-AD or one of Avant's Gels? These work much better without stacking it with anything else and would probably cost less than combining the other products.

Knowing what I know now, I took that NOR stuff and it was okay, but I started taking 1-AD about a month ago and going on week 5. LEt me tell you this shit is good. Saves more money because you don't have to stack it with anything.

I have really heard that the 1-ad is very good but I am really concerned about the side- effects. Call me a pussy but I got to be honest. I have taken nortesten before and though I may not have gotten huge from it. I def looked ripped up and in very very solid shape. So I figured if I added something to the mix it would help me that much more. Anyone?

I will be honest when I first started taking the 19-nor, 5-diol and chrysilin three bottle stack that was offered by Max Muscle when they first came out I was all pumped to see my gains.
At the time I weighed 192 after 3 months of using and eating tons of protiens, chicken, rice and being on a strict diet and workout routine I went to 219lb. I didn't do any cardio, just kept packing on the weight. I was pumped not ripped.
My side affects were I gained so much weight that I felt tired all the time and sleepy. I yawned all the time during working out, to much estrogen from my research.
That was almost 2 years ago. After that I got off everything and went natural for about 1.5 years. I kept the weight on and started doing cardio and eating alot to maintain my gain. It was getting use to the weight and change in my body size.
I slim down to get cut and went down to 210. I just started about 5 weeks ago taking 1-ad with 4-ad and I am back to 224lb. I feel great. I have gain alot of lean muscle and not fat because I can usually tell from my stomach if I gain unwanted weight. I take about 150 to 200 grams a protein a day, 100 to 150 carbs a day and do cardio once a week. I pretty much eat anything I want, just stay away from soda and fast food stuff.
Just wanted to share my experience and let you know the 19-Nor stuff can work, but I don't know of anyone that is selling good stuff on that. Good luck on your program.

The price may be a little higher, but with 1-AD, you don't have to stack it with any other prohormones, so that makes up for it.

I am trying to get ripped up. I do lots of cardio almost everyday. I am not would you would call I big guy. I am looking for that slim but cut up look with a decent amount of muscle. I have basically attained that using the nortesten by itself. But as we all know human beings always want more. The catch to the situation is that I already have the nortesten so I might as well use it. All you guys have said some great things but I need to base my stuff off the nortesten due to the fact that I have already purchased it. My main scare about he 1-ad is the hair loss. I think i rather be fat then have no hair or lose my hair. Umm who knows but I think I am going to go with the nor spray and the nortesten and I will let you all know the progress. Any added info about anything would be of great help. Thanks.

1-ad is androgenic. people complain of hair loss from it. also, in general people feel sluggish on it b/c of low estrogen in the system since it's non-aromatizable, (so gyno is not an issue). stackin with 4-ad fixes this and the sex drive problems.
19-nor is supposed to convert to nandrolone, which can aromatize a little and cause gyno, but usually only at higher doses. i'm not sure of the exact way it does. do a search on deca or check the anabolic board if you wanna know. on top of this, the 19-nor molecule is can aromatize some too, especially the dione version. i believe it was pat arnold who explained this and said he's seen people get gyno from high doses of 19-nor. it can also lower the sex-drive. but nandrolone and therefore 19-nor are both very mild on the hair.
so it's up to you what you wanna mess with. general consensus is that 1-ad or 1-test are the best legal hormones. but i'd be careful if hair loss is an issue. as for 19-nor, i don't know how much of a problem gyno can be, it probably depends both on the person and the dosages, and from what most say, the gains are fairly mild. there's always exceptions, but for the most part it doesn't seem to impressive by itself.
