Can you grow while you are off?

I'm just 20 years old but I think I fucked myself up by ever using gear.
I've done 3 cycles.. and now I've been off for 8 months or so I guess.. and I can't seem to grow at all. Diet and training are in place... but no gains.. is it because I juiced too early possibly??
 
try a strength training program instead (Powerlifting or Olympic lifting). While it will be hard to add size you can get stronger while off gear since strength gains have alot to do with the nervous system, not just the endocrine system. I find this especially true with the olympic lift variations.

Ive done something similar the last 3 months, ONLY benches,deads and squats the BIG 3 and my ''natural 10lbs'' came after doing so. Like hugh suggests, maybe a new routine is in order.
 
maybe you reached your genetic potential trhough the use of gear, diet, training, etc... so now the only way you could get beyond that may be gear???

I agree shock your body...Put your balls to the wall as if you were on a cycle... I am your age with 5 cycles under my belt... And i used to think i couldnt grow off cycle... But i proved myself wrong when i changed my workouts up and started eating lots of beef.

Now i am just gonna stay on year round
 
Are you sure your getting enough calories,I know this sounds stupid but a lot of people need a lot more cals than some,food is the best steroid on the planet,I really didn't start growing until i got my calories up to 5000 a day and I've maintained eating that much for months now,it's hard but you got to do it when trying to grow+are you overtrainig?
 
If you have grown a lot during your 3 cycles that means you are very close to your natural limit. Considering that it will be much harder/slower to gain muscle.

Advanced naturals only gain 5-6lbs of LBM per year that is only about 0.5lbs per month so you have to get used to that.

Write up a short training program 3 or 4 days per week for 60min at the most.

Put only basic exercises in there 2-3 per muscle for 3-4 sets per exercise.

While off cycle I like 6 reps per exercise while on I prefer 10 reps.

Contrary to popular belief don't change the program at all. Stick to it. The only thing that should change is the weight.

Progressive resistance is what causes muscle growth. If you change your exercises you seem to get stronger for the first 3-4 weeks then it slows. The reason you get stronger is neurological and not muscular so its 3-4 wasted for a bodybuilder.

Take more calories, creatine, glutamine, preworkout stimulants.

Run a 2-3 week clomid only cycle to make sure the HPTA is back to normal. Maybe you used it to close to the end of your last cycle.
