Can you freeze pancakes

And will they taste like shit when you thaw them out? I am thinking of making some nice pancakes with fresh blueberries, but if I freeze them - how do I thaw them out? Microwave will be rubber city.

Also, are there any whole wheat pancake mixes out there? Everything seems to be made with white flour.

I have made some batches with protein powder cook them and freeze them, when unfrozing use the microwave and then the pan so they don't get soogy......

When cooking them don't go all the way,

I've never tried to freeze them, so I don't know...

But yes, there is WW pancake mix -- Hodgson Mill's makes the brand I buy....

Look in the "natural foods" section of your grocery store. You'll find several brands of wheat pancakes.
