My advice, get in the best shape that you possibly ever think you could get into. Than once your lean and got muscle, hit your cycle and adjust your diet (A LITTLE DIRTY, NOT FUCKING PIZZA EVERYDAY) to start gaining some good size. I have seen so many guys out of shape hit a cycle and think that they are going to look like Arnold. Than I say, "Great job, now you look just as fat and out of shape as you did before, except now your 30 lbs heavier.
