politically very different than you are?
I know that I should be able to do it, but I just can't date anyone who listens to Rush Limbaugh; thinks Bush is a good president; places any value on anything that Ann Coulter has to say, etc.
I try. I really do. I figure I just won't bring up politics, but it seems the conversation always goes in that direction. For example, they will say something over dinner like how medicaid has destroyed the economy, and that is it. I can't go on.
In Kentucky there used to be lots of democrats but now there only seems to be the bible thumping type of Republicans.
As a finance major I could enlighten you on many issues of social spending and so on. Rush Limbaugh is an entertainer, but very intelligent as is Anne Coulter. Bush lost me on illegal immigration, but only a fool would not support the War on Terror.
Plus I sense a serious personality issue here that people MUST agree with you to date you. WTF?
Where's the agree to disagree mutual respect at?
BTW liberals are the biggest hypocrits and losers on the planet. This is why liberals disgust me as a whole.
Plus you also might want to check into Hillary's recently disclosed financial holding as released by the New York Times;
"Hoping to avoid any possible conflict of interest, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton and her husband, the former president, liquidated a blind trust valued at $5 million to $25 million in April after learning that it included such investments as oil and drug companies and military contractors, her presidential campaign confirmed. 'As a presidential candidate, Senator Clinton was required to make her assets public. As a result, she had to dissolve her blind trust,'
(FOR THE RECORD "Blind trust" just means you don't know how it's doing not that you don't know what stocks you own)
Howard Wolfson, a senior Clinton adviser, said late Thursday. 'Upon its dissolution (being made public), she and the president chose to go above and beyond what was required of them and liquidate their assets in order to avoid even the hint of a conflict of interest. (cashing out at peak levels for all stocks involved)'"
Would you like to hear what the investments were?
Here we go: "several pharmaceutical companies," Big Drug, "including Abbott Labs, Amgen, Genentech, Novartis, Pfizer and Wyeth, with assets in each company ranging from $100,001 to $250,000, The New York Times reported in Friday editions. Other assets included BP Amoco," Big Oil, "Chevron Corp., " Big Oil, " Exxon Mobil Corp.," Big Oil, " Raytheon," Big Defense contracts, "and Wal-Mart Stores Inc."
So how can you run Rush or Anne down when the "shining star" of the left had $25 MILLION dollars worth of DEFENSE contractor stocks, BIG OIL stocks, BIG DRUG stocks, and the proverbial target WAL MART???
The left is far worse than the right.
