Can someone post up a good Windsprint program or Interval training?

Eh bros,

Can someone post up a good windsprint program for shredding. I have heard many mixed reiviews on this. Obviously this is the way to go over interval training as it keeps the heart rate higher, but I am unsure of an exact program. Mainly looking at how often this is completed, and when in the day. Is first thing in the morning before eating acceptable like regular cardio sessions, or should you be doing this with fuel in the tank?
