I bought powder also, but not that one. There was a significant cost savings, but the taste is horrendous. I believe AF's caps are 700mg and you probably only need 4-5 at a time to be effective.

Taking large amount of arginine will give you cold sores. If you get cold sores regularly, like I mean once or twice per year. I tried doing few grams of arginine, 2 weeks later, my whole lips were fucked up big time, I mean it wasnt just a regular cold sore, it spread like a bitch. Never had that happen before, so I'll never use arginine again.
