haha idk maybe im just lucky, but no matter what i do on juice i always get ripped and strong. All i do is lift heavy and eat whatever I want.

we all had 8 packs at 22 and ate pizza and fast food. wait till you get older, things will change.
your metabolism is fast, enjoy it while it lasts cause it won't ... which isn't a bad thing, you will enjoy putting on real muscle mass and strength in your late 20's and 30's. a lot of young guys can't get stronger or put on weight, i always tell them to be patient cause the gains will come as they age WITHOUT having to use steroids
