how to go about it, iam dumb give me simple instructions

Save your picture on your hard drive. And then create a new thread. The you have the option of attaching image in the thread. Click on browse and select the file you want to upload. Then click on enter.

George has given specific instructions that pictures should be posted in the members picture board so if you wouldnt mind it would be appreciated.
