Can someone help me out with the math?

My doc wrote me a script for tev tropin. 2iu's ed. The tev tropin comes in 5mg vial. How long will that last me til I need my next refill?

does this mean that 5mg=15iu's?

5mg=15IU's
2IU's/day*7 days = 14IU's
