I have been searching forever and can't seem to find them. Any help would be appreciated!

if i remember correctly, it was basically a keto diet with no cheat days...and maybe carbs post-workout or something....it's been a while

Still no luck. I can't seem to locate it.. Could someone post it here if they have it perhaps on their system copied???

Maybe someone else could try a search, perhaps I'm just doing it wrong...
