hey guys i was wondering could someone explain to me why doing cardio on a mass cycle will mess up ur gains,i just dont get it,if the juice is blocking the cortisol from eating away at ur muscle and keeping u anabolic woldn't cardio just help u lose body fat while gaining muscle:confused:

I to was brain washed to not do cardio to because it would hurt my gains. In the long run the only thing it has done is hurt my lipid profile and I get very winded easily. As long as you do not go over board it will be fine and very good for you. I think most say not to do it cause they think the extra calories you eat for building new muscle will get burnt by the cardio and most of all it is an excuse to not do it cause it is boring.

anerobic excersice and areobic excersice on opposite sides of the physiological spectrum. doing one lessens the other. im sure you could still gain and do cardio but it would not be as much of a gain as if you were strictly anerobic. and remember its not hard to just keep your diet clean and gain lean mass while on bulking cycles.
 
some cardio is always good. I went almost a year without doing cardio. During my last cycle my bp starting getting high. Because of the high bp, and being out of shape, I would always have to end my workout early because I was out of energy.
 
I simply do 10 to 20 minutes on the treadmill or cross-trainer before my workouts, hence serving as my warmup and my cardio. I work out 3 times a week.
