Why would it be necessary to run dostinex during a cycle if you were already running adex? I understand that adex prevents aromatization into estrogen. Dostinex blocks progesterone but what does that mean? I don't really get it. Thanks for the help.

What he said. The gyno caused by deca must be treated differently, with dostinex, and the gyno caused by test is from estrogen which is helped by nolva and adex helps a person keep from getting gyno.
