Can someone explain this?

Okay heres the scoop, I've been dieting for about 6 weeks now, going on to 7. The first 3-4 (was consuming 40g or less of carbs) were more of an adjustment to to dieting and cardio, while these last 2 were the shift to true keto. I started at 207 at around 15-16% BF if I had to make my best guess and my lowest was 194 before last weeks carb up, I am now sitting at an average 197-198 where I have been for awhile now (even before my lowest weight of 194). Thing is I have been "on" cycle (low doses of fina/prop/M1T) to help with catabolism and retention of LBM. Now no doubt I have lost a good deal of BF (waist is down to a little under 32" from 35") and my body definition is more pronounced and toned BUT what I don't get is that I can't seem to break the 198 barrier even with 4-5X cardio a week and calorie reduction (average of 1500-1800 cals daily), and keto stix turn out fine. So anyone know whats up here? I could be holding some water from M1T/Prop (but I am expecting 3-4 lb variations due to water weight which I don't see) and could even have gained some LBM, but my body sure doesn't look like it has added any LBM (just more toned and defined)! Any takers here?

Sounds like you may not be eatting enough bro!

Maybe BUT highly unlikely. I am eating every 2-3 hours on the dot and a good portion of my 1500-1800 cals come from good fats. I am thinking that my thyroid has slowed down from general dieting, I have been using Trex/Clen in 2 weeks cycles alternating, anything else I can try?

Jesus, your 200lb yet eat only 1500-1800 cals a day while doing 4 or 5 times cardio sessions a week? I believe you also lift 3 times a week?
Your body will not be able to keep like this for more than 2 weeks (3 weeks tops). R u making weekly carb loadings? try playing with calories to keep body from stagnation, maybe something like this:
DAY 1: BWx12
DAY 2: BWx11
DAY 3: BWx12
DAY 4: BWx10
DAY 5: BWx10
DAY 6: BWx12
DAY 7: BWx15

LOL, so I guess that was my issue....I was at 8-10 cals/BW way too long! I guess I sent my metabolism to a grinding halt! I carb refeed every saturday though. Funny thing is though, yesterday after eating close to 1900 cals for the first time in weeks, I actually felt alot better and my body began to warm up and feel more focused! Thanks for the suggestion Junk!
