Last year as a novice trainer i did shoulders EVERYDAY except weekends, now my shoulders are by far the biggest part on my body, now i do them ONCE a week and they havent grown as much...Now could i do this for all parts?
I was thinking of doing Triceps and legs 4-5 times a week, because if it worked for my shoulders shouldent it work for my triceps & legs?
