Like everyone else, if I'm gonna do a cycle I want to keep damn near all my gains when I'm done. I've read the gainskeeper formula and was impressed. MY QUESTION IS: If you go on creatine, glutamine, DHEA, clomid, etc. post cycle, how do you know if the weight, strength increases you KEPT are from the cycle or the post cycle regimen? All those supps do a pretty good job of adding strength/size as it is, especially if you haven't used them before. Maybe it was all explained in the science of the GKF but I'm not that knowledgable to understand.
